Mary Pendleton-Brown, REALTOR® combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. A graduate of New Mexico State University (AS) and Park University (MBA Business Management and Management Information System, MPA Non-Profit Management, MC Healthcare Leadership Payment Systems). Before getting back into the real estate business in 2019, Mary previously worked as the Finance Manager for the Non-Profit, Turning Points, in Bradenton, Florida and prior to that, as the Fiscal Services Manager for Manatee County Government's Community Services Department. Mary was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas; some of the best hunting grounds in South Texas. Prior to moving to Florida in 2001, (many moons ago), Mary worked for Re/max of Alamogordo LTD in Alamogordo, New Mexico. It is at that time she fell in love with Real Estate! She is an active agent with White Ivy Real Estate in Hunstville and Trinity, Tx' having joined a team of experts at representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education - both clients, herself and other real estate agents - an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. One of her biggest accomplishments is her commitment to giving back to the communities in which she and her teamwork donating their time and energy through different fundraisers throughout the year. Mary lives in Trinity, Texas with her husband Don, their fur babies Wilbur, Skyler Marie, Pepper Jack (PJ) and Bentley, and two outside cats who wish to remain anonymous. I attended Mississippi State University where I majored in Political Science. I graduated in August of 2014, and for two years worked in the energy field as a professional land man. I love to read and write, as well as watch sports, play golf and scuba dive in my spare time.
