Today, she's a consistent top producer and ranks 158th out of the more than 130,000 agents in the state.A native Texan and 15-year Brenham resident, Cari truly believes in living the lifestyle she sells. Tiffany was raised in Industry, Texas, graduating from Bellville High School, and then earning her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. After years of travel, Tiffany and her husband John decided to move to Austin County, so their four children could grow up living closer to their grandparents.



It is only fitting that Tiffany pursue a career in the housing industry. She grew up at The Shop, better known as P&S Building Supply, where she watched her parents, Everett and Sandy Schmidt, assist customers in the building process; and where she saw her grandfather, Eddie Pilcik, run his successful home construction business.



Not only is Tiffany an agent, she and John enjoy bringing life back into neglected and out dated properties. There isn't a house in too bad a shape for these two, they like the challenge! Tiffany welcomes the opportunity to find the perfect property for buyers, and assist in helping sellers receive top dollar in their transaction. The Bellville community is my passion, just behind God and my family. Having grown up in Bellville it gives me joy introducing new people to Austin County as well as helping current residents find their future home or commercial property. My husband and I raised out three daughters on land that has been in his family for seven generations, so I understand the desire to lay down roots and call a place home. We now enjoy watching our six grandchildren bask in the opportunities that a lively small town offers. The future of Bellville is a top priority for me as my children and grandchildren all live here along with our extended family that currently numbers forty-two. My passion for our community has led me to serve in different organizations over the years. Since Faith Academy was founded, I have been involved as a parent, a volunteer, the founder of the booster club, and now as a proud grandparent. As a founder of The Friends of Bellville organization our goal is to maintain Bellville's charm through restoration and beautification of our special town. Randy and I are also active members of the First Bellville Church where I serve on the Long-Range Planning Committee. I also serve on the Austin County Water Corporation Board that serves the rural water needs of our area.
