I am Monica Humphrey, and I am honored at the possibility to work with you and your family! I have been a NE Houston resident off and on for most of my life, with this last stretch being for over 10 years. Along with being a realtor, I am a wife to an awesome husband, have three active kiddos, serve on the PTO board, and am active in my community and church.

Throughout my life, I have moved roughly every three years. I understand the joy, stress, headache, and urgency there is when buying and/or selling a home. I am happy to be able to share in the joys and use my expertise to help in eliminating any stresses that may come with such big changes for YOU and YOUR family.

My degree in Business Finance allows me to understand your financial needs when buying/selling your home. My area knowledge enables me to help you familiarize yourself with different locations and pick the home that is best for you. At the same time, my past experience of almost 10 years as a Buyer (negotiations and contract management) with The Boeing Company ensures that I am able to prepare clean and professional contracts while negotiating the best price and options for you and your family.

My name is Stacey Sappington and I reside in Atascocita/Humble. I work with buyers and sellers in the Lake Houston area on both the west side and the east side of the lake. I have worked extensively with investors through both the buy/renovate/flip process and the buy/renovate/rent process. So I can advise you on maximizing your return on your investment and I have had great success in finding good tenants.

I went to University of Houston Clear Lake where I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Finance. Several years later, I attended LeTourneau University - Galleria and received my Masters in Business Administration. I worked in a bank for 14 years and for the majority of those 14 years worked in lending and credit.

After a successful career in the medical field, I became a Realtor, seeking to pursue my passion in helping people find their dream home. My background in healthcare gives me the ability to empathize and understand my clients with the utmost desire to help them achieve their goals. My priorities are to focus on their needs and solve whatever hurdles that may come throughout the process. I have lived in the Houston area since 2008 and I have become quite knowledgeable on the the entire northside including the Lake Houston area all the way to Cypress. Since relocating to Texas in 2013, Renata has been actively engaged in her community.
